Their candidate, Howard Cox, took home just 3.1% of the vote, with 78,865 ballots cast to back him.
Labour's Sadiq Khan, the incumbent mayor, stormed to victory with 1,088,225 votes.
The Conservative Party's Susan Hall came second on 812,397.
