Three UK beaches have stunning bungalow offers for members of the public with one even including an overwater stop-off just like the Maldives. Brits may be wanting to make the most of this warmer weather and can do so by heading for a staycation at one of the many delightful beaches found across the country.
There are three spots across the country which host an ideal bungalow experience. One such location, the idyllic St Andrews Lakes in Kent, has two beaches with sunloungers and bright blue waters. It even has a Nordic-inspired wellness centre and offers accommodation in overwater lodges similar to those found in the beautiful Maldives.
While the other two beaches offering lodging do not offer overwater properties, they do allow members of the public to extend their holiday by staying on the site. Hemsworth Water Park in North Yorkshire is one such location which boasts two lakes and sandy beaches.
Those holidaying in the area will not be allowed into the waters but can make the most of the relaxing beaches scattered around the area and the nearby lodgings, The Sun reported.
The attraction itself is free to visit and for those bringing their children, a Playworld outdoor adventure playground is available for £3 per person. Those who fancy a trip to a bigger location should look no further than the Cotswold Country Park and Beach.
The area itself is the largest inland UK beach and boasts both a main beach and paddling lagoon. The area also has some grassy fields ideal for picnics and has on-site food vendors serving light bites.
Cotswolds Grange offers luxury holiday lodges for sale though those heading to the area for a shorter duration can find accommodation in the nearby area. Pengelly Retreat in Cornwall also offers the Boat House luxury wooden cabin, which is open all year round.
The Boat House requires attendees to book for at least a three-night stay as a minimum. It features a kitchen and living area and double bedroom with an ensuite shower.
