Duchess Sophie turned heads today as she attended an event sporting a bold new haircut for the first time in over a decade. The Duchess of Edinburgh attended the Groundswell Regenerative Agriculture Festival in Hitchin.

She appeared in her role as Honorary President of Linking Environment And Farming (LEAF), an organisation promoting sustainable food and farming. The royal looked trendy in a maxi denim skirt, a blue blouse, and brown suede boots. Sophie’s new haircut is a modern blunt blob with a side fringe to frame her face. The last time she sported a different haircut was in 2011, when she sported a bob again.

The duchess also sported a burgundy friendship bracelet. The Royal Family have been pictured wearing different variations of them, including the King.

Princess Charlotte is believed to be a huge fan of the trendy accessory, making most of them for her family herself.
